Birthday book from around 1880 to 1890

A magnificent floral birthday book from around 1880 to 1890 titled "The Floral Birthday Book" in this small birthday book there is an illustrated plant for each day of the year accompanied by a short poem the floral birthday book contains 386 floral illustrations printed by Edmund Evans published by London George Routledge and Sons Broadway Ludgate Hill New York 9 Lafayyette Place the book was gifted by Miss Barber in the summer of 1895 the book includes a few handwritten birthday entries such as Mr Mahla born 1849 Anna Mahla born 1852 Emy Mahla 1882 or Fritzl Kühn etc the cover is made of embossed blue cloth with gold embossing in the center an oval picture of a flower the image has come loose at the bottom and is torn a special and curious book from the Victorian era a lovely gift for collectors of beautiful vintage books botanists gardeners and plant lovers age-related signs of use dimensions 9.5 x 13.5 x 1.6 cm
