Large collection of gemstones in various sizes; the box contains opals, moonstones, rubies, lapis lazuli, jadeite, cultured pearls, etc.; most of the stones are cut; many small variants suitable for delicate jewelry making, including numerous blue moonstones – moonstones with a blue sheen are especially prized for their rare adularescence – a fascinating, floating glow created by the finest layers of feldspar, giving them a magical, almost supernatural aura. Opal and moonstone are generally considered metaphysical stones, believed to possess spiritual and energetic properties. Opal is said to enhance creativity, intuition, and emotional clarity while reflecting negative energies, and moonstone is associated with intuition, inner harmony, and the female cycle. Included in the collection are:  

-    OPALS / approx. 20 ct total with colorful play-of-color; sizes range from approx. 0.5 to 0.8 cm  
-    MOONSTONES / various shapes and sizes in cabochon cut and discs / approx. 200 ct; mixed varieties: colorless, blue-white (with blue sheen), white (with white sheen); some beautiful colorless stones with floating blue color (adularescence); sizes range from approx. 0.4 to 1.1 cm  
-    CULTURED PEARLS / 8 pieces in white and pale pink; sizes range from approx. 0.4 to 0.6 cm  
-    RUBIES / 20 pieces totaling 2 ct; size approx. 0.2 cm  
-    LAPIS LAZULI / 2 plates with intense blue color; weight: 2.2 g  
-    JADEITE / 2 green-white jadeite discs with a hole in the center; weight: 4.8 g  

Also included are small pyrite stones and a turquoise bead; without certification, but authenticity has been confirmed by Dr. Rössler of the “Austrian Gemological Society” in Vienna, located at Goldschlagstraße 10.
