Luxury vintage shoulder bag, clutch, amber look, Lucite and leather, 1950s – 1960s

Discover an extraordinary collector's piece from the Mid-Century era: a luxurious vintage shoulder bag from the 1950s to 1960s featuring a striking frame in an amber look. The artfully curved frame and the closure latch are made of high-quality Lucite acrylic glass with deep, three-dimensional marbling. The center of the bag is adorned with an elegant insert in a fine leather look in warm honey brown. A special highlight is the delicate carrying chain, which alternates marbled Lucite elements with fine metal links. The chain can be stored inside, allowing the accessory to be styled elegantly as a clutch as well. The dark lining features a practical middle compartment with a zipper.

On the front, the leather-look insert has slightly detached from the Lucite frame at the top left (see photos), which can easily be fixed unobtrusively if desired. Otherwise, the object is in good condition with minor, age-appropriate signs of wear and fine rubbing that underscore its timeless authenticity. Dimensions: approximately 14 x 30 cm.
