Bring the glamorous luxury of the Belle Époque directly into your showcase with this historically top-class set from the world-famous traditional house Johann Maria Farina gegenüber dem Jülichs Platz in Cologne. This museum-quality lot consists of 3 exquisite empty original flacons from the period between 1871 and 1914.
The undisputed showpiece of this collection is a large, extraordinary watch flacon with the dimensions of approx. 11.5 x 7.5 x 2.3 cm, which was manufactured as an exclusive decorative piece for upscale perfumeries. On the back, this rare piece bears the raised relief-like inscription SCHAUFENSTER, while the base features a factory-made professional drill hole, which served for secure attachment to historical exhibition displays. This showpiece is crowned by an original, well-preserved metal and cork dispensing cap with an integrated twist function.
The second highlight of the set is a smaller, fine silver watch flacon with the dimensions of approx. 7 x 5.5 x 1 cm, which was manufactured around 1900 and exudes the typical charm of the turn of the century. The ensemble is perfectly completed by an elegant round cylindrical bottle with the dimensions of approx. 11.5 x 5 x 5 cm, which bears the prominent original base embossing of the large Farina tulip as well as the volume specification KW 90 ccm on the underside.
All 3 glasses are empty and are in an excellent age-appropriate condition, documenting the luxurious fragrance presentation of Cologne's perfume history at the highest level. Take advantage of this rare opportunity and secure a complete ensemble that, in this combination and with the proven shop window background, can hardly be found a second time on the market. Signs of wear corresponding to age. The flacons are offered without a display.
