Large antique 4711 shop display factice, Molanus bottle with wax seal, Cologne on the Rhine, 15.5 cm, first half 20th century

Spectacular and extraordinarily rare shop window display object from the brand 4711 by Mülhens Cologne. A large, empty 15.5 cm high factice bottle in the classic octagonal Molanus design. This historical bottle from the 1920s to 1940s was crafted specifically for decoration in upscale perfumeries and features the original bottom hole for secure mounting in shop displays. On the back of the bottle, it features the embossed lettering Glockengasse No. 4711 Köln am Rhein. At the stopper, you will find the original red wax seal bearing the traditional motto Gott und mein Recht as well as the bell logo. Additionally, a red fabric ribbon and a delicate miniature brass corkscrew adorn the flacon. The three-sided label in gold and genuine blue showcases historical award medals and the imprint Doppelter Auszug.
