Products description

Historical Perfume Flacon Beatrix Parfumerie Moderne Paris 1910s 1930s Collector's Item; We present an outstanding piece of perfume history, the historical perfume flacon "Le Parfum Beatrix" from the renowned Parfumerie Moderne in Paris, France. This rare collector's item, with dimensions of approximately 5.5 x 4 x 9.5 cm, is estimated to be from the era between the 1910s and 1930s and stylistically represents the transition from late Art Nouveau to elegant Art Deco. Parfumerie Moderne was a historical French perfume house based in the French capital in the early 20th century, whose products are now considered sought-after rarities. The rectangular flacon made of clear glass captivates with a simple, timeless elegance typical of the high quality perfume presentations of this epoch. Its most impressive feature is the large, embossed brass label on the front, which shows a floating woman holding flowers. Such detailed metal plaques were a hallmark of particularly luxurious perfume creations! The flacon has a solid, round brass screw cap, which forms an attractive contrast to the clear glass and the darker patinated relief. Beneath the brass screw cap is the original inner glass stopper, which is still very well preserved. A small, rectangular paper label is attached to the back, which served as the company seal of Parfumerie Moderne Paris. This is a must-have for any serious collector of vintage perfume flacons or lover of French Art Deco art! Traces of use commensurate with age. The perfume bottle is offered without a display.
