Rare 4711 export Molanus flacon, Rue de la Cloche, 13 cm, circa 1920

This extraordinary collector's item will make the heart of any lover of historical perfume bottles beat faster. A modern classic from the brand 4711 by Mülhens Cologne, specially crafted for the French export market. Standing at a height of 13 cm, the glass presents itself in the distinctive five-sided shape with a semi-circular front. As a true highlight, the bottle features the embossed French translation Rue de la Cloche No. 4711 a Cologne raised directly in the glass. The original, preserved label bears the imprint d'Eau de Cologne Extrait as well as historical award medals. The empty flacon is rounded off by its original cork and a red decorative ribbon around the bottle neck.
The object is in good condition with age-appropriate signs of wear and a charming patina on the paper label. A small piece of the label is torn off (see photos). An excellent decorative piece for sophisticated display cabinets and a top-class addition to any historical perfume and glass collection.
