Products description

This beautiful and extremely rare antique cardboard box from the product line "Poudre Adhérente & Invisible Nymphéa" by the renowned French perfume house Lorenzy-Palanca (Paris / Grasse) dates from the Art Nouveau / Belle Époque era around 1900 to 1920. The floral design with delicate tendril patterns reflects the world-famous aesthetic of French perfumery art of that period. Measuring compact dimensions of approx. 4.3 x 4.3 x 2 cm, it is a particularly charming, square miniature cardboard box for skin-friendly rice powder.

Lorenzy-Palanca was a traditional company from Grasse with a Parisian branch, highly valued for its opulent Belle Époque creations. The small cardboard box is wonderfully preserved: The original inner cover paper is still present, while the box itself is empty. Fine cardboard packaging by Lorenzy-Palanca represents sought-after rarities among collectors of historical items. An exclusive collector's item for lovers of elegant Art Nouveau boudoir decoration; signs of wear corresponding to age; the object is offered without a display.
