This exclusive set consists of three decorative factice / dummy bottles of the brand Gustav Klimt Parfums and is a tribute to the glamorous era of the Vienna Secession. The collection includes two 50ml bottles and an impressive 100ml bottle which were produced in Austria in the mid 1990s as part of a limited art series. Included are the now rare vintage objects of the lines Klimt pour Homme as well as Vienne 1901 each in its magnificently designed original packaging. The bottles themselves are empty and originally served as high quality display pieces for specialized retailers.
A special highlight are the motifs on the bottles and the packaging which bear the unmistakable signature of Gustav Klimt. The packaging shows iconic excerpts from Klimts golden period such as details from the famous Beethoven Frieze or the depiction of the painting Judith I by Gustav Klimt 1901.
These works of art are characterized by their flat ornamentation the use of gold tones and the symbolist formal language that shaped Art Nouveau worldwide.
