This enchanting collector's item comes from the renowned Collezione Borsari 1870 and represents the first Italian perfume museum. The fragrance is the legendary Bouquet di Violette which was originally created in 1890 and is considered one of the most famous violet perfumes in history.The present miniature is a detailed replica of the historical original bottle and was presumably produced between 1980 and 1990 as part of an exclusive museum edition. The bottle itself impresses with its delicate chalice shape made of textured glass and is decorated with a characteristic violet silk cord and a matching tassel. The small bottle contains 5ml of the golden extract and is delivered in the original octagonal presentation box which is also equipped with a decorative tassel. The design of the original 19th-century bottle is often attributed to the founder Lodovico Borsari himself who had the vision to capture the essence of the violets of Parma in an artistic form. This small work of art proves to be a wonderful highlight for your private perfumery or your bathroom perfectly combining Italian elegance and nostalgia.
