Caucasian showy belt made of brass / silver-plated (heavy abrasion); Russia first half 20th century. Century; the belt consists of individual metal chain links, each decorated with ornaments on the upper side; these chain links are strung together and attached to a leather strap, this makes the belt movable; the two-piece belt buckle can be closed with a hook fastener and are elaborately decorated; the buckles are set with a bead of a carnelian and two glass beads (green and yellow); a glass bead (red) is also mounted on the back side; an elaborately crafted belt of a traditional costume from the Caucasus; traces according to age and use; measurements: Belt length ca. 100 cm
