Rare tile (corner element) hand painted; Kadjar-/Qajar-Dynasty (قاجاریان, Qāǧārīyān, Qajar); Near East; Persia 18th - 19th centuries; stylized floral decor in beautiful earth colors; painted polychrome; on the back two cones and handwritten note (see photos); broken in two and glued; a corner poorly restored; measurements: approx. 18 x 18 cm; traces of use according to age; one tile is broken in two and glued; Craquelée, damage and missing parts (see photos); provenance from the collection of the "Ethnos" gallery, owner of Noorsham (art shop in Ettlingen / Germany)
