Delivery charges
with interest from countries which do not show in our Shop system please contact us under office@raritaeten-shop.at.

The delivery charges up to 31,5 kg per delivery are in our Web shop when you complete the purchase included. In the delivery charges is also packaging material, packaging time and transportation to the collection point (shipping point) included.

In case you purchase two or more articles by your order and the total weight is over 31,5 kg then they are always shipped by forwarding agent. With a total weight up to 31,5 kg it will be sent by parcel service.

Following delivery options can be offered at a purchase:

 1. Pick up at the dispatch warehouse, personally or by forwarding agent ( only by prior arrangement).

If the pick up of the goods by one self does  not come into being without our fault, we are entitled to store the goods at the expenses and risk of the client in its sole discretion, whereby the delivery is considered as performed. The liability is excluded for damage to the goods at the  interim storage. The agreed terms of payment have therefore no modification.

the self pick up is either in "1050 Vienna" or in "7342 Kaisersdorf (Burgenland)" possible. It depends on where the goods are stored.

2. Dispatch by parcel post  for small consignments up to 31,5 kg

Smalls up to 31,5 kg are well packed immediately after receipt of payment to our account and sent by parcel post.

3. Dispatch of large goods (over 31,5 kg) by forwarding agent.

Delivery for large goods by truck for Austria/Europe

The delivery is required by truck (furniture, heavy marble items and large size pictures a.s.o.) this may take 3 weeks within Austria. To Germany and other European countries the delivery  may take 3-5 weeks. The delivery of the goods in Austria and Germany is carried out to the sidewalk edge. The delivery of the goods to the own home is available on request, however the additional expenses will be charged extra. In regarding to the appointment scheduling you will be duly informed from our delivery agent. In our own interest we strive to send the goods to our customers as quickly as possible to complete the purchase. Of course they can also pick up the purchased goods by appointment in person or by an authorized forwarder.

Agreed delivery terms comply as far as possible the calculated delivery period (Parcels-delivery or forwarding agent) and a regular order to clarify all technical and commercial concerns in advance.

The forwarding costs are partly dependent on the selected payment.

The amount is always immediately due without deduction.

Cash payment
Self pick up of the goods, only cash payment is accepted.

Please transfer the total amount of your order to our account:
You can request our bank details by email at any time!

The goods will be given immediately after payment for delivery.
